EVINTE: Electric Vehicles Smart Grid Integration – Interoperability, Security, Dependability, and Scalability
Technische Universität München
The EVINTE project targets the specification, the prototyping and the simulation of key components for future electromobility (eMobility) for enabling a gradual transition towards a fully electric vehicle based mobility. The core of the project is establishing a tight integration of electric vehicles (EV) and the smart grid by using Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

TURGER: Trusted Use of Cloud-Resources for privacy-aware Global Exchange and processing of data
Technische Universität München
Cloud platforms offer the resources required to process the ever-growing amount of data produced by networked devices. Such devices are becoming a pervasive part of our daily lives with the advent of the Internet of Things (IoT). However, data privacy remains an open challenge. Despite promising research results, there is no practical solution for privacy aware cloud computing available today.
Based on four representative real world use cases, TURGER’s aim is to design a practically usable security solution for privacy aware processing and storage of data in the cloud.
